Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in the confirmation we send once your order has been dispatched. Enter it in the tracker at the top of this page to see where your order is.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to (almost) anywhere on the UK mainland. A handful of remote areas — parts of the Scottish Highlands and some islands — can take a little longer or may vary, so do check at checkout.
How is my meat kept cold?
Your order is packed cold into an insulated box with ice packs and sent on a tracked courier. That keeps everything at a chilled temperature on its way to you.
Which days do you deliver?
We dispatch on selected days each week so your meat travels as fresh as possible. You'll see the available dispatch options when you order.
What happens if I'm not home?
The courier will follow their usual delivery process — leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour where that's an option. Because the box is insulated, your order stays cold while it waits.
